All-Stars is a leadership program at Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus where students can discover their personal leadership style as well as increase their leadership competence. Students are able to improve their social skills and develop mutually trustworthy and rewarding inter- and intra-personal relationships with peers, faculty, and staff. In the process, students learn to construct a resume, define and analyze conflict, demonstrate ways to overcome obstacles while practicing civility, and enhance their decision making capabilities among other skills.
