High School Level – Dallas ISD Career Institutes Partnership

The vision of the Dallas ISD Career Institutes is to provide high school students a choice to pursue a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathway, work with industry partners, train on state-of-the-art, industry-standard equipment, obtain four or more certifications, and obtain dual credit when appropriate, prior to graduation. A Career Institute will prepare students for high skill, high wage, and high demand occupations.

College Level – All-Stars Leadership Program at TCC

All-Stars is a leadership program at Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus where students can discover their personal leadership style as well as increase their leadership competence. Students are able to improve their social skills and develop mutually trustworthy and rewarding inter- and intra-personal relationships with peers, faculty, and staff. In the process, students learn to construct a resume, define and analyze conflict, demonstrate ways to overcome obstacles while practicing civility, and enhance their decision making capabilities among other skills.
