KEN M. TSE, AIA
Ken M. Tse, Principal and founder of KMT Architects, has over 38 years of architectural experience in a wide range of projects throughout the nation and internationally. Ken serves as the President of the Asian American Contractors & Professionals Association (AACPA), advocating for the M/WBE and small business community in the construction and professional related field with platforms to empower, advocate, and connect.
Beyond architecture and advocacy champion, Ken practices the principle of business as a mission, serving as the Executive Director of New Hope Compassion (NHC), a Dallas-based nonprofit organization with the mission of providing hope and compassion through outreach, training, and support to those in need locally and globally. Ken co-founded New Hope Compassion to serve as a bridge builder for mission programs by planting and developing projects together with strategic nonprofit partners to reach the common goal.
Ken received his Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University and has served on the Advisory Board for the School of Architecture. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council. Ken also serves on numerous Boards, Advisory Boards, and is currently on the Advisory Council for North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) representing Collin County.
Ken was honored with the Community Contribution Recognition Award from the Dallas/Fort Worth Asian-American Citizens Council, recognized by the US Pan Asian Chamber of Commerce with the Outstanding Asian American Business Achievement Award, and received a Proclamation for The Top Building & Construction Industry Leaders from the Office of the Mayor, City of Dallas.

Elna Mallari manages and maintains architectural prototype design documents for new theaters, as well as production of documents for remodel and refurbish work. Elna coordinates and directs a number of outside consultants required to successfully construct the various capital project types and she provides support during permitting, bid process and construction.

Tina Tang is the Owner and Operator of construction company HomeOver. She oversees the company’s corporate developments, construction services, real estate developments, asset acquisitions, risk management, and strategic capital allocations. Tina holds a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Dual Master’s in Finance & Real Estate Investment. She is a Texas-licensed commercial realtor and holds a CRRL (Commercial Residential Roofing License).

Harry Clincy is the President of ACU Construction, a Federal Government General Construction firm based in Carrollton, Texas. He formed ACU Construction in 2009 and began successfully performing highway construction projects across Texas with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT). As a DFW small business owner, Harry devotes time to developing his firm as well as the community, providing semester-long Internships and mentorship for many UT Dallas students.

Dave Lo is the President and Founder of Dave Lowe Financial Services and has over 34 years of experience in the financial sector. He has dedicated his services to providing families and small businesses the knowledge and confidence needed in building their financial independence. He is also the Founder and President of local nonprofit, Lily of the Valley Community Outreach. He supports the local community through homeless feedings, employment assistance, and providing transportation to those in need.
